VOTE!

Hope springs eternal, but needs help, so get out there and vote!

I love voting...I would do it again and again if I could. But I guess there's that whole equality thing...one person, one vote. It does my heart good to see most of my co-workers proudly wearing their stickers, like the one above.
Here's to democracy in action, and hope itself.

voting is awesome, especially when your team (mostly) wins. we'll have to discuss last nite's developments over drinks soon.

Indeed we will. Apparently not going to Patrick's election party is the key, although I do hate missing the fun. Or did not going this year break the curse, so we might be able to go again in 2008?
Oh, let's not worry about that for a while...yah, democrats! Finally!

I was such a geek on election night. I sat watching the results roll in, hour after hour. I avoided the articles I needed to finish for the next day. I just sat there grinning, and clapping, and laughing out loud.

It was lovely.

you missed a great election night party with your damn worry about a curse. 100 interesting people stopped by to roast a weenie, drink a beer, and eat aleah's 'election cake'. the curse, it turned out, was all republican. it came from hitching their wagon to a very dim star.
